Important Notice:
The Application provides a platform to connect users with service providers, vendors, and customers, and does not act as a direct party to any sale or purchase transactions conducted between the parties. Furthermore, the Application bears no responsibility for delivery operations, or for the receipt or transfer of any financial amounts between the parties, as all financial and service-related transactions and agreements are conducted directly between the users and the relevant entities. By using the Karo Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Karo application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The term "Karo," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the entity that owns and operates the App. The term "you" or "user" refers to any person who accesses or uses our services.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your express acceptance of such modifications.

2. Our Services
Karo is a multi-module online platform that offers a range of diverse services and activities that are activated and operated gradually through the App (the "Services"). The nature of these services includes, but is not limited to, the sale of goods, provision of professional or consultancy services, appointment bookings, and other commercial or service activities announced within the App's various modules.

We continuously work on developing our modules, and each service provided through the App is subject to the general provisions of these terms, along with any specific terms published regarding that module or service upon its activation.

3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly upon any change. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is suspected of engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

4. Orders and Availability
When you place an order to purchase a product or book a service through the App, you are making a binding offer to contract in accordance with the stated terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. The availability of goods and services changes constantly, and we will notify you if any part of your order cannot be fulfilled. In such a case, you will have the option to choose an alternative (if available) or receive a refund for the unavailable items. Orders are processed in real time, and once confirmed, modification or cancellation options may be limited; therefore, please review your order carefully before completing it.

5. Order Fulfillment and Service Delivery
We strive to fulfill orders or deliver services within the estimated timeframe displayed at the time of order confirmation. All time estimates are approximate and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to: traffic conditions, weather conditions, order volume, or the nature of the requested service. You must provide accurate and complete fulfillment information (such as address, location, or required details). We are not responsible for any delay or failure in execution resulting from incorrect information provided by you or from your absence to receive the product or service at the agreed time.

6. Prices and Promotions
All prices displayed in the App include taxes and legally mandated fees (unless expressly stated otherwise). Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable to you is the price confirmed at the time your order is confirmed. Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be limited in duration or quantity. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with immediate notification to you.

7. Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods to facilitate the payment process, operated through our authorized electronic payment partners. Available payment methods include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards (local and international).

  • Digital wallets available within the App.

  • Cash on delivery or upon completion (where available for the relevant module and service).

  • Discount codes and approved promotional or gift cards.

All payment transactions are processed under stringent security standards to protect your financial data.

8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the actual commencement of its preparation or execution by the service provider or order fulfiller. Once order execution has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. To cancel your order, use the cancellation option available in the App or contact customer service immediately. Repeated or unjustified cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account. We also reserve the right to cancel any order for operational reasons, unavailability of the product/service, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Refunds and Returns
Due to the diverse nature of the services and goods offered through the App's modules, the return and refund policy is subject to the nature of each product or service. However, we are committed to compensation or replacement in the following general cases:

  • Receipt of a damaged or defective product or service.

  • Receipt of a product or service that does not match what was ordered.

  • Where goods are of a type subject to an expiration date (such as consumables) and that date is found to have been exceeded upon receipt.

  • Shortage or loss of parts of the received order.

Refund requests must be submitted within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of receiving the order or completion of the service, along with supporting evidence (such as photos or documentation). Approved amounts will be refunded to the original payment method or the digital wallet within the App within a maximum period of seven (7) business days from the date of approval.

10. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to comply with the following:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all your dealings.

  • Use the App and services for lawful and legitimate purposes only.

  • Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or socially objectionable conduct.

  • Deal ethically and respectfully with all service providers or fulfillment personnel.

  • Not attempt to manipulate offers, prices, or rating mechanisms.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with others.

  • Promptly report any issues or concerns encountered during your use of the App.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Iraq.

11. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Karo App, including but not limited to: texts, graphics, logos, app icons, images, videos, software, and design code, is the exclusive property of Karo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent. The Karo name and logo and all related trademarks are our exclusive property.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karo, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services or from any malfunction of the App. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the specific order or service in dispute. We are not liable for any delay or failure in service execution due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, wars, strikes, or widespread technical failures.

13. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute or controversy arising out of these terms or your relationship with the Karo App shall be referred to the competent courts in the Republic of Iraq for resolution, provided that this clause does not deprive you of any rights acquired under the applicable consumer protection laws in Iraq.

14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting within the App. We will notify you of any material changes affecting your rights or obligations through an in-app notice or via your registered email address. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
